南宁市是广西壮族自治区首府,北部湾经济区核心城市,华南地区特大城市,中国东盟博览会永久举办地,是广西的政治、经济、文化、科教、金融和贸易中心。目前南宁市拥有六大重点产业,分别为铝深加工业、电子信息业、机械装备制造业、生物医药产业、食品工业、清洁能源产业,这些产业均是具有优势的现代产业,其中五大产业在2013年都实现百亿元以上产值。知识产权对于地方与企业经济的发展具有重大意义,为了更好地发展重点产业,全面掌握分析南宁市以及重点产业的知识产权状况尤为重要。文章通过对南宁市近年的专利和产业的知识产权情况进行深入的梳理分析,能够帮助政府厘清当前存在的知识产权问题,及时调整未来南宁市的知识产权布局,制定相应的知识产权发展战略,促进南宁及整个广西经济社会又好又快的发展。

Nanning is the capital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the core city of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,the mega-city of South China,and the permanent Place of Chinese ASEAN Exposition,which is the political,economic,cultural,educational,financial and trade center of Guangxi.At present,Nanning has six major industries,respectively,aluminum deep processing industry,electronic information industry,machinery and equipment manufacturing,bio-pharmaceutical industry,food industry,clean energy industry,these industries are the advantages of modern industries,of which five major industries in 2013 years to achieve more than billion yuan production value.Intellectual property is of great significance to the development of local and enterprise economy,in order to develop key industries better,to master the analysis Nanning and the intellectual property situation of key industries is particularly important,and to comb and analyze the intellectual property rights of Nanning in recent years.Can help the government to clarify the existing intellectual property problems,timely adjust the future Nanning intellectual property layout,formulate corresponding intellectual property development strategy,promote nanning and the entire Guangxi economic and social development of good and fast.
