摘要
设计采用电磁耦合谐振方式,单片机STC89C52产生PWM信号,经单相器74HC14后,IR2110驱动芯片与IRF540NMOS管作为发射电路产生自振,在接收线圈和发射线圈产生耦合谐振,最后流经整流电路,完成电能的传递。为无线电能传递提供了更进一步的设计方式,对参数范围也做了进一步设定,为无线充电装置,乃至更广阔无线电能传递设备提供方案。
This design uses electromagnetic coupling resonant mode,PWM signal generated by single-phase converter using single-chip STC89C52,74HC14,IR2110 and IRF540NMOS tube driver chip as the transmitting circuit generates vibration,coupled resonance in the receiving coil and the transmitting coil,then flows through the rectification circuit,complete the transfer of electric energy.It provides a further design way for radio transmission,and further sets the parameter setting range,providing a scheme for Wireless charger and even wider radio transmission equipment.
