丙溴磷在阳朔金橘果实中动态消解规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过采用不同浓度和不同喷施次数氯氰·丙溴磷对阳朔金橘的喷施处理,测定不同时间间隔阳朔金橘果实中丙溴磷的残留量。以期达到了解丙溴磷在阳朔金橘果实上的消解规律,提高金橘产品的质量安全水平的目的。试验结果表明:丙溴磷在阳朔金橘果实上消解较为缓慢,半衰期为8.8 d。残留量与施药次数和浓度成正相关。结论:实际生产过程中连续使用次数应不超过2次,施药浓度控制在250 mg/kg以下,安全间隔期为75 d。 In order to understand the degradation regularity of profenofos in Yangshuo kumquat and improve its quality and safety level,the amount of Profenofos in kumquat treated with different concentratins and times of cypermethrin'profenofos was analyzed at different time intervals.The results showed that the degradation of profenofos in Yangshuo Kumquat was relatively slow and its half-life period was 8.8 d.The amount of residues was proportional to the times of applied and the concentration.Dosages in production process should be controled below 250 mg/kg and constant applied no more than 2 times.The safety interval was suggested to be 75 d in the open field.
