一位农村民办幼儿园园长成长历程的叙事探究

A Narrative Study on the Growth of the Head of a Rural Private Kindergarten

以叙事探究的方法,研究一位具有30年从教经验的农村民办幼儿园园长,通过对陈园长成长经历的研究,发现陈园长具有热爱儿童之心、执着的教育信念、持续的学习能力、引领全园教师共同成长的能力。建议创造尊师重教氛围培养农村幼儿教师职业认同感;利用措施鼓励优秀农村幼儿教师踏上办园之路;利用与公办幼儿园结对的方式扶植优秀民办园园长成长;通过进修等方式使农村民办幼儿园园长适应新时代要求。研究园长的成长历程,有助于为农村民办幼儿园园长的成长和发展提供宝贵经验。

With the method of narrative inquiry,a rural private kindergarten head with 30 years'teaching experience is studied.Through the study of the growth of the head Chen of the kindergarten,we find that the head has sufficient mental power,persistent educational belief,continuous learning ability and the ability to lead all the whole kindergarten teachers to grow together.The study of the growth process of Chen will help to provide valuable experience for the growth and development of the rural private kindergarten head.
