摘要
为避免钻芯法密度检测对钢桥面沥青铺装的损坏,提高无核密度仪检测结果的准确性,在室内和现场试验相结合的基础上,研究其影响因素和数据修正方法。结果表明:沥青铺装含水量和干燥时间的不同可使SMA13电磁密度测试数据相对误差达到8.74%。为此,需对现场测试结果进行修正,而基于现场修正常数的二次修正法可降低这种影响,提高了检测结果的准确性。
In order to avoid the damage to steel deck asphalt pavement caused by drilled core method density detection and improve the accuracy of detection results of Pave Track TM Plus,we combined indoor and field tests to study influencing factors and data correction method.The results show that the difference in water content and drying time of asphalt pavement can make the relative error of SMA13 electromagnetic density test data reach 8.74%.For this purpose,it is necessary to correct the result of field test.And based on the field correction constant the secondary correction method can reduce this effect and improve the accuracy of detection results.
