重庆市主城区道路交通特性与交通管控策略研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着跨组团交通出行需求的逐渐增加,重庆市主城区的交通拥堵态势日益严峻。为缓解交通拥堵问题,研究组团城市交通管控策略,分析了重庆市主城区"多中心、组团式"的道路交通现状及交通特点,并提出基于主通道流量均衡的管控策略,实现有序调配组团间主通道瓶颈各入口流量,防止因主通道流量溢出造成大面积交通死锁。仿真试验结果表明,本方法可提高高峰期干线多交叉口的整体通行效率,可为交通管理部门解决干线交通管控问题提供决策依据。 With the increasing demands for cross-group transportation,traffic congestion in the main urban areas of Chongqing is becoming increasingly severe.In order to ease traffic congestion,the group urban traffic management and control strategies are studied,and the“Multi-center,Group type”road traffic status and characteristics in main urban areas of Chongqing are analyzed,and the management and control strategies based on balanced capacity of main roads are proposed,which orderly adjusts the entrance flow at bottlenecks of main roads among the groups and avoid large area of traffic deadlock caused by overflow of main roads.The simulated test results show that this method can improve the overall traffic efficiency of many intersections of main roads at the rush hours.Therefore,it can serve as a decision basis for traffic management departments in solving traffic control problems of main roads.
