双源CT冠脉血管造影与心肌灌注显像在冠脉狭窄中的诊断价值比较

摘要 目前,选择性冠脉造影(CAG)一直是诊断冠状动脉狭窄病变的金标准,能够明确冠状动脉狭窄的部位及严重程度,为治疗提供依据。但CAG为有创性检查,且在判断心肌缺血的功能性改变中价值有限。双源CT冠脉血管造影(DSCTCA)是一种无创性检查,心肌灌注显像(MPI)检查能够反映心肌缺血的功能性改变。本文旨在比较DSCTCA与MPI在冠状动脉狭窄病变中的诊断价值,以期为冠状动脉狭窄病变的诊断提供更多参考依据。
