摘要
针对目前所使用钢楔测量煤层变形装置笨重,安装不方便,且深部基点砌合处可靠性低,容易受远距离长钻孔变形影响,测试过程中易滑移错位等问题,提出一种远距离上向长钻孔"鸡爪式"多点位移计测定煤层膨胀变形量以及装置的安装方法。本装置能够在送入钻孔过程中可以任意运动,不受钻孔阻碍物以及变形影响,能够方便准确的测量出远距离上向钻孔煤层膨胀变形量,并在平煤股份六矿保护层开采效果验证项目中使用,取得预计的实验效果。
At present,the use of steel wedge seam deformation measurement device is bulky,inconvenient to install,and deep point bonding at low reliability,easily influenced by long-distance borehole deformation,slip dislocation and other issues in the process of testing,this paper puts forward a kind of distance to the displacement of long hole“chicken”multi meter swelling deformation of coal seam the installation method and device.This device can in arbitrary motion into the process of drilling,drilling without hindrance and deformation,can easily and accurately measure the distance to the coal seam deformation,and used in the six mine in Pingdingshan shares to verify the effect of protective layer mining project,obtained experimental results expected.
