2006~2015年我国煤矿水害事故基本特征及预防措施研究

Research on the Basic Characteristics and Preventive Measures of Coal Mine Water Accident in China between 2006 to 2015

为研究煤矿水害事故发生规律及提高防治效率,总结了2006~2015年我国煤矿水害事故发生的基本特征,对426起事故原因进行分析,提出煤矿防治水工作的重点和预防措施,为煤矿水害防治工作提供参考。统计结果显示:我国煤矿水害事故数呈下降趋势;较大等级以上事故占比较大;山西、贵州等地水害多发;雨季是事故多发期,在每日16~18时发生频率较大;发生最多的水害事故类型是老空水,占较大以上水害事故的92.1%。

In order to study the regularity of coal mine water accidents and improve the efficiency of prevention and control,the basic features of coal mine water disasters in China in the past 2006~2015 years were summarized,and the causes of accidents were analyzed.The key points and preventive measures for preventing and controlling water in coal mines were put forward,so as to provide references for prevention and control of coal mine water disasters.The statistical results show that the number of water accidents in China’s coal mines shows a downward trend.Larger and above accidents account for a larger proportion.Floods occur freguently in Shanxi,Guizhou and other places.The rainy season is a freguent occurrence period of accidents.The occurrence frequency is larger at 4∶00-6∶00pm.Goaf water accident is the largest type of water accidents,which accounts for 92.1%of larger and above water accidents.
