摘要
综采放顶煤采煤法是一种高产高效的采煤法,但是,由于综放开采强度大,综放工作面瓦斯浓度增大、煤尘浓度增大、自然发火危险性增加等,造成综放工作面环境恶劣,影响安全生产。经过对雁南煤矿已开采的十二个综放工作面的研究探索,有效地掌握了综放工作面本质安全生产环境控制技术。提出了人是实现综放工作面本质安全生产环境控制技术的核心要素,各种环境控制技术的综合运用,使综放工作面本质安全生产有了保证。
The full-mechanized top coal caving mining is a high yield and efficient coal mining method,however,due to the large intensity of fully mechanized top coal caving mining and the increase of gas concentration in working face,the increase of coal dust concentration and the risk of spontaneous combustion,the environment of fully mechanized top coal caving face is very bad,which affects safety production.After exploration to the twelve working face mined on Yannan coalmine,the environmental control technology for intrinsic safety production of fully mechanized caving face is mastered.It is put forward that human is the core element to realize intrinsic safety production environment control technology of fully mechanized top coal caving face,and the comprehensive application of various environmental control technologies ensures the essential safety production of fully mechanized caving face.
