深井掘进巷道热环境下人员疲劳水平实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着矿井开采深度的延伸,井下高温区域逐年增多,人员在高温作业环境下作业,身心健康问题是越来越得到重视。为了找出井下高温环境下作业人员劳动强度与生理、心理指标影响规律,根据新安煤业公司矿井-650 m水平3406运输巷掘进作业过程中环境气候指标,通过实验室中设计高温模拟仓环境参数和人员劳动强度负荷等级,采用实时监测人员心率的方法,计算人员心血管负荷(CVL)并衡量人员疲劳水平。实验得出三球温度(WBGT)26℃、30℃、33℃、35℃以上环境条件下人员重体力劳动、极重体力劳动的CVL分布规律,发现环境温度超过26℃(WBGT),CVL已处于警戒(III级),尤其是超过35℃(WBGT),严禁从事重劳动负荷以上的活动,必须采取有效措施降温,从而为合理安排矿井高温作业场所人员生产活动提供理论支持。 With the extension of coal mining depth,high temperature area is increasing year by year,and we pay attention to problems of workers’physical and mental health in the high-temperature environment more and more.In order to acquire the law of workers’labor intensity,physiological and psychological under different extreme heat environment in mine,we calculate personnel cardio vascular load and fatige strength by evaluation index of the real-time monitoring of heart rate which designed by the different heat environment and personnel different work load in the climate simulation chamber.The index of heat environment according to the 3406 working face under 650m elevation in Xin’an coal mine.Conclusion through the experiment get the different level(Extremely heavy and heavy)manual labor’s cardiovascular fatigue load and distribution law of subjective fatigue degree above conditions of WBGT(26℃,30℃,33℃,35℃);thus for the reasonable arrangement of high temperature work plan in the workplaces where production activities to provide theoretical support,we put forward that it should immediately stop staff to work in heavy physical strength and very heavy physical work load when WBGT is above 35℃.
