全域旅游视角下兰州市旅游公共信息服务体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Tourism Public Information Service System in Lanzhou from the Perspective of All-for-one Tourism

在全国创建全域旅游示范区的历史性机遇下,构建兰州市旅游公共信息服务体系具有重要意义。通过调查发现兰州市公共信息服务存在信息缺乏个性化服务、信息有效供给不足、信息供给不够全面深入、信息管理体制机制不顺、政府部门信息运营效能较低等问题,提出从旅游网络信息平台建设、旅游标识系统建设、旅游咨询服务中心建设、旅游热线服务平台建设四个方面推进旅游公共信息服务体系的建设。

Under the historic opportunity of building the All-for-one Tourism demonstration area in China,it is of great significance to construct the tourism public information service system in Lanzhou.Through investigation,it is found that there are problems in public information service in Lanzhou city like:insufficient personalized service,undersupply of effective information,shortage in all-round and thorough information,unsmooth in information management system mechanism and low in information operation efficiency.The paper puts forward that the construction of tourism public information service system should be promoted from the following four aspects:constructing platform for tourism network information,constructing tourism signal system,constructing tourism consulting center and constructing platform for tourism hotline service.
