国内外中小学教师组成结构研究比较及启示 被引量:1

Comparison and Enlightenment of Studies on the Composition of Teachers in Elementary Schools in China and Foreign Countries

摘要 无论从纵向还是横向来看,发达国家在中小学教师组成结构研究方面研究视野和研究跨度非常大,且成果丰硕。对比之下,我国相关研究无论是从深度还是广度上说都与其相距甚远,研究成果尚处于零散的前理论状态,有待给予系统的理论综合和深度实证研究。从未来改进我国中小学教师组成结构研究问题来看,我们需要重视教师组成结构主题的研究,创新教师组成结构研究内容,拓展教师组成结构对策研究。 Whether viewed from the vertical or the horizontal,the research perspective and research horizon of developed countries in the composition of primary and secondary school teachers is very large and the results are fruitful.In contrast,China's related research is far from its depth or breadth.The research results are still in a scattered and fragmented pre-theoretical state,which needs to be systematically integrated and in-depth empirical research.From the perspective of improving the research on the composition of teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future,we need to pay attention to the research on the theme of teachers'compositional structures,innovate the research content of teachers'compositional structures,and expand the research on teachers'compositional structure.
