Implementing the Strategy for Rural Revitalization & Accelerating the Development of Agriculture and Rural Area in Guangdong

广东省是全国经济发达省份,但人均GDP发展水平、受教育程度、基础设施建设、城乡居民收入等发展不平衡不充分问题较为突出。实施乡村振兴战略,是广东决胜全面建成小康社会的重要支撑和保障,是加快实现现代化的希望所在,解决发展不平衡不充分问题的突破口,不断深化农业农村改革的实现途径。加快农业农村发展,必须推进农业供给侧结构性改革,加快建立现代农业产业体系,建设良好的生态宜居环境,大力促进农民持续增收,加大优质绿色农产品供给,加强农村一二三产业融合,培育乡风文明的良好社会风尚,积极探索乡村治理新模式。

Guangdong province is an economically developed province in the whole country though,her development level of per capita GDP,education,infrastructure construction and income of urban and rural residents are not balanced enough.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important support and guarantee for Guangdong to win the battle for building a prosperous society in an all-round way,and is the hope to speed up her modernization.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy breakthroughs the problem of unbalanced development and deepens the way to realize agricultural and rural reform.To accelerate the development of agriculture and rural areas,we must promote agricultural supply-side structural reform,accelerate the establishment of modern agricultural industrial system,build a good ecological livable environment,vigorously promote the sustained increase of farmers’income,increase the quality of green agricultural products supply,strengthen the rural industry convergence,good social habits to cultivate rural civilization,and actively explore the new mode of rural governance.
