摘要
区段煤柱的合理留设有利于减少巷道围岩变形和降低支护难度,提高煤炭资源的回采率,在此基础上发展起来的沿空掘巷技术可以有效地解决这个问题,但对于近距离煤层群联合开采的特殊情况却不适用。本文首先对区段煤柱的结构进行了探测,巷道基本已处于无法维护的地步,煤柱变得松软破碎。考虑到围岩特征与土体等无黏性材料类似,故采用SMP破坏准则与平面应变法则计算出煤柱极限核区的宽度,再利用Kastner公式计算出煤柱塑性区宽度,从而计算出区段煤柱的总尺寸应该为8.53m。
Reasonable designing of the section coal pillar conducives to reduce the roadwaw deformation and the difficulty of supporting.At the same time,it can also improve resource recovery.On basis of the technology of driving roadway along next goaf can solve the problem effectively.But this technologyis not suitable for the specialcase of close distance coal seam group combining mining,At first this article introduce the defection results about the structure of section coal pillar.The roadwaynearly cannot support effectively and The coal pillar becomes soft and broken.Considering the characteristics of surrounding rock and soil are analogous.The paper combine SMP failure criterion and plan strain law to deduce the formulation of coal pillar and adopt Kastner formula to calculate the plastic zone width.At last the paper includes the width of coal pillar is 8.53m.
