高职商务英语跨境电商方向人才培养改革探析

The Exploration on the Cultivation Reform of the Cross-Boarder E-commerce Talents of Business English Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

"互联网+"背景下的跨境电商迅猛发展对高职商务英语专业人才的培养提出了新的要求。为顺应社会经济发展的潮流,在进行跨境电商人才调研的基础上,对商务英语专业跨境电商方向人才培养目标、专业课程体系、师资队伍和实践教学等方面进行了探索,提出了进行高职商务英语专业跨境电商方向人才培养改革的具体措施和方法,为高职商务英语专业的生存和发展指出了一条新路。

The vigorous development of Cross-Boarder E-commerce in this“Internet+”age has made new requirements to the cultivation of Business English talents in Higher Vocational Colleges.In order to follow this strong trend in society and economy,we have explored the factors like cultivation target of talents,the curriculum constructions,teacher training and practical teaching in Cross-Boarder E-commerce teaching based on the survey conducted on the enterprise’s needs of talents.We proposed some specific measures to be taken to reform the current Business English talents cultivation and also pointed out a new way for the survival and further development of Business English majors in Higher Vocational Colleges.
