高职院校学生工匠精神培养的供给侧改革途径研究

Study on the Cultivation of “Craftsman Spirit” in Vocational Education in the View of Supply-side Reform

中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,高职院校要加强对学生工匠精神的培养。高职院校学生工匠精神培养的供给侧改革途径,要以专业为工匠精神之根,以目标为工匠精神之魂,以兴趣为工匠精神之动力,以学徒制为工匠精神之精髓,以思想政治教育为工匠精神之补充,使高职院校学生培养与供给侧改革相契合,为新时代的中国特色社会主义培养具有工匠精神的专业技能型人才。

Cultivating"craftsman spirit"is the inherent requirement to adapt to the supply side structural reform in,so we should strengthen the cultivation of students’craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges.The"craftsman spirit"as the spiritual value of vocational education,it is not only the comprehensive development of education and self-actual needs,but also the requirements of era of systematic change in vocational education.In this paper,the author put forward the following ideas on the cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in vocational education:specialty as the root of craftsman's spirit,aim as the soul of craftsman's spirit,interest as the motive force of craftsman's spirit,apprenticeship as the essence of craftsman's spirit,ideological and political education as supplement of craftsman's spirit.
