摘要
为了估算爆破影响范围并预测相关数据,采用矿业工程软件Surpac对鞍钢集团齐大山铁矿进行爆破数值模拟设计。根据岩体矿石参数,确定爆破分区、爆破孔网设计参数、爆破孔装药结构,动画模拟爆破方式,计算爆破矿、岩量,预测爆破影响范围及相关数据,取得较好效果。
In the traditional blasting design,there is lack of prediction of blasting influence range and related data.In Anshan Steel Group Qi Dashan mine,mining software Surpac is used to design blast project by numerical simulation.Blast zone is divided by rock and ore parameter.Rock and ore parameter decide blast hole net parameter and blast charging construction.The software can express initiation sequence by cartoon,calculate the volume of blasting rock,the influence area of blast and blast parameter,which shows good references.
