为了降低斗提机在尿素流化床造粒工艺中遇到的料斗开裂问题,利用故障排查方法对斗提机在运行过程中出现的料斗开裂故障进行分析,找出原因,并提出相应的处理措施。改造后,斗提机料斗开裂损坏故障明显降低,不仅确保了流化床造粒装置的稳定运行,而且降低了设备的检修成本。

To reduce the hopper cracking in urea fluidized bed during granulation process,troubleshooting is used for bucket machine in the process of running for the hopper cracks.Faults are analyzed,the causes are found out and the corresponding treatment measures are carried out finally.After the transformation,the cracking failure of the bucket is obviously reduced,which not only ensures the stable operation of the fluidized bed granulation device,but also reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment.
