摘要
从人口、经济、社会、生态以及城乡一体化5个维度构建新型城镇化评价指标体系,综合运用熵权法、综合评价法、灰色关联模型、地理探测器等多种方法,对宁夏新型城镇化发展水平进行综合评价研究。结果表明,宁夏各市新型城镇化发展水平存在较大的空间差异性,银川市新型城镇化水平最高,且对其他地区城镇化发展具有引领和协调作用;从空间分布状况来看,宁夏新型城镇化发展水平由北部引黄灌区向南部黄土丘陵沟壑区呈阶梯状分布;宁夏新型城镇化发展受传统城镇化发展模式的影响较大,与人口、经济以及社会城镇化关系紧密;城镇人口比例、人均GDP、第二、三产业占GDP比例、人均拥有建成区面积、城镇人均可支配收入、建成区绿化覆盖率、生活垃圾无公害处理率、城镇密度等因子是宁夏新型城镇化发展的主要影响因素。
A new urbanization evaluation index system was constructed from the five dimensions of population,economy,society,ecology and urban-rural integration.Comprehensive evaluation of Ningxia new urbanization development level was studied using entropy weight method,comprehensive evaluation method,gray correlation model,geography detector and other methods.The results showed that there is a large spatial difference in the development level of new urbanization in Ningxia,which urbanization level is the highest and has a leading and coordinated role in the development of urbanization in other areas.From the spatial distribution situation,the development level of the new urbanization in Ningxia is influenced by the traditional urbanization development model,which is closely related to the population,economy and social urbanization.The proportion of urban population,the per capita disposable income of urban areas,the green coverage of urban areas,processing rate,urban density and other elements are the main influencing factors of Ningxia’s new urbanization.
