高职院校是高等教育的重要组成部分,在培养技术人才方面起着举足轻重的作用。改善内部管理,防范领导腐败,提高行政水平是高职院校工作的重要内容。目前各个高职院校都在单位内部设置机构进行自我监督,虽发挥了一定的督促作用,但所呈现的问题也较为突出,主要表现为监察法律依据不完备,机制构建不到位,工作力度较小,威信地位较低,人员素质较差,责任追究太轻等。新时期,高职院校监察工作唯有从制定完备的法律依据、创建规范的制度体系、加大相应的监察力度、提高部门的权威地位、充实人员的职业素养、赋予监察的处分权力等方面进行改革,才能实现高效运行、廉洁自律的目标。

Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education,which plays an important role in training technical talents.Improving internal management,preventing leadership corruption and improving administrative level are the important contents of higher vocational colleges'work.At present,all higher vocational colleges have set up institutions to supervise themselves within the units,which have played a certain role in supervising and promoting,but there are still many problems,including that the legal basis for supervision is imperfect,mechanism structure is incomplete,authority and status is low,the quality of staff is poor,and there is little work and accountability.In the new period,Only to make complete legal basis,create a standardized system,strengthen the corresponding supervision,improve the authority of departments,enrich the professional quality staff,and give supervisory punishment power reform can the supervisory work achieve the goal of high efficiency operation,honesty and self-discipline in the higher vocational colleges.
