摘要
萧晓阳《近代桐城文派研究》以桐城派在近代的发展为个案,阐释了中国文化精神在近代的遗存与延续。从诗性精神的高度揭示了梅曾亮、曾国藩与马其昶之文并未失去诗性精神;从音乐韵律角度尝试从江南文化、文章之用韵与桐城文章的写法等多侧面对近代桐城派文章的音乐性作了深入的梳理;从画境与古文的关系,阐述了桐城古文与江南风景画在文化渊源上的一致性。该书确立了近代桐城文派在中国文学史上的地位,对于重新认识桐城派及近现代文学之演进有着重要的学术价值。
Xiao Xiaoyang's Research on Modern Tongcheng Literary School took the development of Tongcheng School as example and explained the existence and continuation of Chinese cultural spirit in modern times.From the height of poetic spirit,it reveals that Mei Zeng-liang,Zeng Guo-fan and Ma Chang-Chang did not lose their poetic spirit.From the perspective of musical rhythm,the author attempts to make an in-depth study on the musical performance of Tongcheng School in modern times from the aspects of Jiangnan culture,the rhyme of the article and the writing of Tongcheng articles.The paper expounds the consistency of Tongcheng ancient prose and Jiangnan landscape painting on the cultural origin from the relation between the picture and the ancient prose.The book establishes the position of Tongcheng literature in the history of Chinese literature,and has important academic value for the rethinking of Tongcheng School and the evolution of modern literature.
