摘要
因电子废弃物引发的资源浪费和环境污染问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注,我国是一个资源贫瘠国家,有效利用电子废弃物中的可利用资源,可以极大程度上满足国内对资源的需求与可持续发展。利用逆向物流系统的物质流分析法构建了基于物质流的逆向物流资源回收模型,以在行业内具有代表性的样本企业为例,对其在废弃电视机中金属的循环利用状况进行了分析。研究结果表明目前我国电子废弃物的循环利用水平与发达国家相比还存在较大差距,通过实施绿色生产,提高企业的拆解利用率与分解利用率以及完善逆向物流回收体系,有助于改善目前的资源循环利用状况。
The waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE,e-waste)have caused many issues,such as the wasting of resources and environmental pollution.China is a resource-poor country in the world.Therefore,the effective use of available resources in e-waste can greatly satisfy domestic demand for resources and sustainable development.This article applies MFA method in reverse logistics system to construct the resource recycling model,then takes a representative sample company in the industry as an example to analyze the recycling of metals in discarded TV sets.The research shows that there is still a big gap between the level of recycling of electronic waste in China and developed countries at present.Through the implementation of green production,improving technological level of decomposition and dismantling of e-waste,as well as optimizing the reverse logistics system will help improve the condition of recycling resources in China.
