基于加权TOPSIS法的城际铁路土地节约利用评价研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着土地资源的日益匮乏与交通建设的飞速发展,如何在保证惠民,便民的前提节约利用土地资源成为了交通建设项目的重点关注内容。建立完整的土地资源节约化利用评价体系并将其应用到交通建设实践中已成为国际土地科学的前沿领域。通过研究城际铁路施工特点及相关技术标准,构建了基于用地数量、用地结构及用地功能三方面的评价指标体系。利用熵权法确定各类指标权重,应用TOPSIS法评价模型进行节约效果排序并得出最终结论。并以关中地区三条城际铁路土地预审数据为例进行研究,证明了评价结果的科学性和合理性,从而证明了该模型的可行性及有效性。 With the increasing scarcity of land resources and the rapid development of traffic construction,and under the premise of guaranteeing the benefit of the people and the convenience of the people,the conservation and utilization of land resources have become the focus of the traffic construction project.It has become the frontier field of the international land science to establish a comprehensive evaluation system of land resource conservation and utilization and to apply it into the practice of traffic construction.Based on the study of intercity railway construction characteristics and related technical standards,the evaluation index system based on three aspects-land quantity,land use structure and land use function was constructed.In the paper,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of all kinds of indexes,and the TOPSIS method is used to sort out the saving effect and draws the final conclusion.And the pre-trial data of three intercity railways in the Guanzhong region are taken as an example,which proves the scientific and rationality of the evaluation results,and consequently proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
