摘要 针对电池组的充放电实际需求,提出了以TL494为核心的双向DC-DC变换器方案。充电用同步Buck拓扑结构和步进可调的恒流充电模式,实时监测充电电流和充放电电压的大小,具有过充保护和过压消失后自动恢复的能力。放电用同步Boost拓扑结构,对负载恒流供电。充电电流在1 A^2 A范围内步进可调,步进值不大于0.1 A,电流控制准确度不低于5%,变化率不大于1%,变换器的效率为92.29%,准确度不低于3.9%。放电模式,输出电压保持30±0.5 V,变换器效率90.19%。整个设计样机重量仅为440 g,具有一定的实际应用价值。 In the light of the actual demand of charging and discharging of battery pack,the bi-directional dc-dc converter scheme based on TL494 is proposed.Charging with synchronous Buck topology structure,step and adjustable constant current charging mode,real-time monitors the size of the charging current and the charge and discharge voltage,with the ability of overcharge protection and overvoltage after disappeared to recover automatically.Discharge with synchronous Boost topology,the load constant current is supplied.Charging current within 1 A^2 A step by step,step value is not more than 0.1 A,current control accuracy is not lower than 5%,the rate is not greater than 1%,the efficiency of the converter is 92.29%,the accuracy is not lower than 3.9%.For the discharge mode,the output voltage is 30±0.5 V,the converter is 90.19%.The entire design prototype weighs only 440 g and has certain practical application value.
