用于蓄电池储能的双向DC-DC变换器的实现 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有充放电装置存在的问题,提出通过补偿电路以提高充放电装置的效率。简单介绍了其工作过程并完成了主电路关键元件的参数设计如开关管、励磁电感、谐振电感、谐振电容、滤波电容等。搭建了868 W,95 k Hz的实验平台进行实验测试,实验结果表明:该装置可以实现对蓄电池自主充放电,即在充电过程中先以10 A恒流充电,其纹波为4%,再以90 V恒压充电,其纹波为0.7%。在放电过程中以10 A恒流放电,且稳定可靠,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。 In view of the existing problems of charging and discharging device,the compensation circuit is proposed to improve the efficiency of the charging and discharging device.Its working process is simply introduces and the key parts of the main circuit parameter design are completed such as the switch tube,excitation inductance,resonant inductance and resonant capacitance,filter capacitance,etc.Built 868 W,95 kHz experimental platform for testing.The experimental results show that the device can realize the charging and discharging of the battery independently,that is to say,in the charging process the 10 A is charged in a constant current,and the ripple is 4%,then the charge is constant at 90 V,and the ripple is about 0.7%.In the discharge process 10 A is discharged in a constant current.And stable and reliable,and prolongs the service life of the battery.
