摘要
由于故障电流小、电弧不稳定、故障指示器处理能力不够等原因,小电流接地系统的单相接地故障定位始终没有得到彻底解决。通过分析单相接地故障时的暂态特征,结合智能分布式馈线自动化算法,设计一种高精度采样的新型故障指示器,在小电流接地系统中实现分布式单相接地故障定位。通过搭建模拟实际现场的仿真环境RTDS以及现场试挂等测试手段证明,该故障指示器采样精度高、故障判断准确,不受故障初相角、接地电阻、故障位置的影响,最终实现小电流接地系统中单相接地故障定位功能。
On account of the weak fault current,unstable fault arc and the weak capacity of fault-indicators,the location of singled phase to ground fault in neutral indirect ground system haven’t been thoroughly resolved.With studying the single-phase fault transient features,a new high precision fault-indicator is introduced and designed that realized distributed single-phase fault location using intelligent distributed feeder automatic algorithm.With building RTDS environment and installing devices in actual scene,the results illustrate that the new fault-indicator has high precision sampling,high accuracy fault judgment,and gets correct single-phase fault location including different initial fault angle,different transition resistance,different fault position.
