摘要
永磁接触器是在传统的电磁式接触器的基础上革新的一种新接触器,具有节能、噪音低等诸多优点。但是,当永磁接触器合闸时,引起的触头弹跳现象,严重影响了永磁接触器的可靠性和使用寿命。在此用模糊控制对永磁接触器动态合闸特性进行优化,使用MATLAB建立了永磁接触器的动态合闸仿真模型。研究了基于模糊控制对永磁接触器合闸动态特性的优化。通过实验,对比未施加PWM控制、施加50%占空比的方波以及施加模糊控制这3种方法,验证了模糊控制方法的有效性。
Permanent magnetic contactor is a new contactor that is innovated on the basis of conventional electromagnetic contactors.It has energy saving,low noise and many other advantages.However,the phenomenon of contact bounce caused by the permanent magnet contactor closing,seriously affected the reliability of the permanent contactor and service life.The dynamic closing characteristic of permanent magnet contactor is optimized by fuzzy control.The dynamic closing simulation model of permanent magnet contactor is established by using MATLAB.And the optimization of dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet contactor closing is studied based on fuzzy control.The effectiveness of the fuzzy control method is verified by comparing the three methods without PWM control,applying 50%duty cycle square wave and applying fuzzy control.
