摘要
为了提高科里奥利质量流量计信号处理系统的测量精度和抗干扰能力,提出将希尔伯特(Hilbert)变换的频率估计和相位差测量的方法应用到科氏流量计的传感信号处理上。设计了基于TMS320F28335的科氏流量计信号处理系统,给出了系统实现的硬件与软件的设计方案,并详细介绍了算法在DSP系统上的实现过程。测试结果表明,本文所设计的信号处理系统具有较高的测量精度且低于0.1%,达到了工业一级标准。
To improve the accuracy of flow measurement and the ability of anti-interference,a method of frequency estimating and phase difference measurement based on Hilbert Transforms is proposed and it is applied to the signal processing system.The signal processing system of Coriolis flowmeter based on TMS320F28335 is designed,the designing scheme of the system hardware and software is provided,and the detailed implementation steps of the algorithm is introduced.The test results show that the signal processing system designed has high measurement accuracy and can meet the measurement requirements in real field.
