火工品时序信号测量方法的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为保证导弹在发控系统火工品的各路激活信号时序正确,提出一种火工品信号激活时序测量方法。该方法采用XC3S400 FPGA和C8051F060单片机芯片作为主控制器,采用直接脉冲计数法采集各路激活信号的沿边数据,可以有效检测信号的起始时间、结束时间和持续时间,并将其打印显示出来。经过测试验证,该方法最大计时为999.999 s,计时精度为0.1 ms,计时误差不大于1 ms。目前该方法已成功应用到某火工品测量设备,有较高的可靠性和移植性,具有较高的应用价值。 In order to ensure correctness of all activation signals’timing sequence before missile launch,a method to measure activation sequence of Initiating Explosive Device(IED)’s signals was proposed.This method used xc3s400 FPGA and c8051f060 Microcontrollers as the main controller,the pulse counting method is used to collect the edge data of each active signal,which can detect the starting time,the end time and the duration of each activation signal effectively,and print it out.It is proved that with this method,maximum timing can reach 999.999 seconds,timing accuracy can achieve 0.1 milliseconds and the timing error is less than 1 millisecond,and it can meet the demand for the measurement of position ignition timing stably and reliably.Currently,the method has been successfully applied to measuring equipment of initiating explosive devices,which has high reliability and portability,and has high application value.
