基于SSM轻量级复合框架的科技创新券管理系统研究与实现

Study and Implementation of Innovation Voucher Management System Based on SSM Lightweight Composite Frame

科技创新券政策在各省市的逐步实施,对进一步优化科技资源配置,促进产学研协同创新,提高科研资金使用效率起到了积极的作用.为实现对科技创新券的全流程信息化管理,提出一种基于SSM(SpringMVC+Spring+MyBatis)轻量级复合框架的科技创新券管理系统解决方案.详细介绍了系统的功能设计、业务流程设计和SSM轻量级复合框架,最后对系统的实现和应用情况做了说明.该解决方案在甘肃创新券管理中的应用,有效提高了创新券的管理效率,对创新券流通使用起到了积极的推动作用.

The implementation of Innovation Voucher Policy in various provinces and cities has played an active role in optimizing the distribution of S&T resources,in promoting synergy creation of production,learning and research,and in improving the efficiency of the S&T funds.In this paper,a solution to the Innovation Voucher management system based on SSM(SpringMVC+Spring+MyBatis)Lightweight Composite Frame is proposed for the whole process of Innovation Voucher information management.Specifically,the paper introduces in detail the functional design and business process design of system,the SpringMVC,the Spring and the MyBatis architecture,and illustrates the implementation and the application of this system.The solution has been applied in Innovation Voucher management of Gansu province,which raises the efficiency of Innovation Voucher management and actively promotes the trade and use of Innovation Voucher.
