摘要
EPC总承包项目承发包模式的特点决定了总承包合同管理工作的难度较高,需要项目部将其作为重点进行管理。论文对我国建筑市场上对于工程合同管理的现实情况作了较为细致的表述,阐述了EPC建设工程总承包模式合同风险管理的研究意义,并介绍了合同管理和风险管理的相关概念及各自的理论内容,旨在使我国承包商提高对合同风险管理的重视,提升对项目合同风险管理的研究。
The characteristics of the contract model of EPC general contracting project decide the difficulty of the management of general contracting contracts,and it needs to bemanaged as the important part by the project department.This papermakes a detailed description of the actual situation of engineering contract management in China's construction market,this paper expounds the research significance of contract riskmanagement ofEPCprojectgeneral contractingmode,andintroduces the relatedconceptsofcontractmanagement and riskmanagement and their respective theoretical contents,aimingtomake our contractors attach on the contract riskmanagement,and improve the research of contract riskmanagement.
