摘要
随着我国社会经济的发展,房地产市场的持续火热,其较高的薪酬提成吸引了大部分社会人才,在某个阶段一定程度上为我国劳动人员创造了大批的就业岗位。但与此同时,几乎所有房地产公司在薪酬管理上都存在着各种各样的不足和问题缺陷,这也使得房地产人员整体流动性较大,从长远来看其对整个行业的发展是极其不利的,对此论文展开了分析探讨。
With the development of our country's social economy,the real estatemarket continues to be hot,and its higher salary commission attractsmost of the social talents.At a certain stage,a large number of jobs have been created for our labor force,but at the same time,almost all the real estate companieshave all kindsofdeficienciesand defects in salarymanagement.This alsomakes that the overallmobilityofpersonnel is large for real estate personnel,which is extremely unfavorable to the development of the whole industry in the long run.Paper carries out analysis and discussiononthis.
