浅谈如何加强薪酬的激励作用

摘要 薪酬是企业管理实践中最重要的人力资源激励手段之一,企业构建科学合理的薪酬激励体系能够最大限度地调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,并能充分开发企业人力资源的潜能。广义的薪酬激励既包括物质激励,又包括非物质激励,只要能做到因人而异、因时而异,就能最大限度地调动员工的积极性,为组织创造尽可能多的利润和价值。 Salaryis one of themost importantmeans of human resources incentive in enterprisemanagement practice.Building a scientific and reasonable salary incentive systemcanmaximize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees,and fully develop the potential of human resources of enterprises.Generalized incentive includes material incentives and nonmaterial incentive.As long as we can vary from person to personandvaryaccordingtotime,we canmaximize employeemotivation andcreate asmanyprofits andvalues aspossible for anorganization.
