摘要
随着经济社会的多元化发展,传统的企业文化理念及企业管理方式已经难以满足企业自身发展的需要,我国企业必须结合经济社会的实际需求情况,提高自身的创新能力及创新水平,进而提高企业在经济社会中的综合竞争力。鉴于此,论文对企业文化与企业管理之间的关系进行了简单的论述,分析了企业文化创新对企业管理创新的影响。总之,希望通过论文的论述,能够为企业的发展提供有价值的参考。
