M公司绩效考核有效性问题研究

摘要 绩效考核作为企业人力资源管理的核心内容,其有效性直接影响着企业目标的实现。有效的绩效考核对企业战略目标的实现和发展起到促进作用。论文根据M公司各部门年度绩效考评结果统计数据,发现各业务部门绩效考评成绩与公司经营目标相差甚远,对此进行了原因分析,并提出改善公司绩效考核现状的对策。 Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management in enterprises,and the effectiveness of performance evaluation directly influences the realization of enterprise goals.Effective performance appraisal promotes the realization and development of enterprise strategic goals.In this paper,according to the annual performance evaluation statistics of every department inMcompany,finds that performance evaluation results are lower than the company'smanagement goals.Then,paper analyzes the causes for the phenomenon,and puts forward some countermeasures toimprove thepresent situationofperformance appraisal company.
