我国家庭农场农产品质量安全控制影响因素研究

Study on the Factors Influencing the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Control on Family Farms in China

论文基于家庭农场保障食品安全控制行为的视角,对家庭农场、食品质量安全的概念及二者之间的关系进行了阐述,结合当前我国家庭农场生产现状,根据《农产品质量安全法》与《良好农业操作规范》对家庭农场食品安全控制行为的规范性要求进行研究分析,提出了若干提高我国家庭农场农产品食品质量安全的建议。

Based on the control behavior of family farm guaranteeing food safety,this paper expounds the concept of family farm,the concept of food quality safety and the relationship between the two.Combined with the current situation of family farm production in China,according"The Law of the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products"and"Good Agricultural Operation Code",the normative requirements of family farm food safety control behavior are analyzed,and some suggestions for improving the quality and safety of farm products in family farms are put forward.
