Based on working experience of the author,combining with the practical experience of the approval of the Yangtze River Bridge Project in Zhuankou,Wuhan,the author systematically elaborated the approval procedure and approval links of the Zhuankou Yangtze River Bridge Project after the investment system reform,and comprehensively combed out the necessary requirements for the approval work.The summary of the pre-work of Wuhan Zhuankou Yangtze River Bridge Project is very practical and referential,which provides valuable experience for other investment projects approved by NDRC in enterprises and industries.
