新政下网约车与出租车有序竞争研究——以扬州为例

Research on the Orderly Competition Between Online Car-Hailing and Taxi——Taking Yangzhou as an Example

随着新兴网约车与传统出租车行业竞争愈演愈烈,网约车的规范管理与出租车的深化改革得到社会各界的高度关注,各地政府也相继出台一系列政策以促进二者的有序竞争。论文通过研究扬州已出台的网约车政策,并对比其他城市的管理条例,发现政策中仍存在着阻碍其良性竞争的几点问题,对此,论文提出了一定的建议。

With the growing competition between the online car-hailing and the traditional taxi industry,the standardized management of the online car-hailing and the deepening reform of taxi have been highly concerned by all walks of life in the society.Local governments have also introduced a series of policies to promote orderly competition between the two.This paper studies the introduced online car-hailing policy of Yangzhou,and compares it with the regulations of other cities.It is found that there are still some problems hindering its healthy competition in the policy,and some suggestions are put forward in this paper.
