前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者侧支循环的影响

摘要 目的观察前列地尔对急性脑梗死患者侧支循环的影响。方法选择2015年7月至2017年6月该院住院的急性脑梗死患者160例,按照入院时间先后分为对照组与观察组各80例。两组均予溶栓、抗血小板聚集、改善脑代谢、降颅压等常规治疗,观察组加用前列地尔注射液10μg/d,加生理盐水100ml静脉滴注;治疗2周后观察侧支循环开放率及神经缺损情况。结果观察组侧支循环开放率(57.5%)高于对照组(35.0%),NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔能促进急性脑梗死患者侧支循环开放,减轻神经功能损伤。
