酪酸梭菌活菌散联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效及对患儿心肌酶和炎性因子的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究酪酸梭菌活菌散联合利巴韦林对小儿手足口病的治疗效果及对患儿心肌酶、炎性因子的影响。方法选取2017年1—7月该院收治的手足口病患儿110例,随机分为对照组与观察组各55例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合酪酸梭菌活菌散治疗。比较两组治疗前后心肌酶和炎性因子指标变化,临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(94.5%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(14.5%)略高于对照组(9.1%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效优于单用利巴韦林,且能改善患儿的心肌损伤和炎性反应,用药安全性好。
