亮丙瑞林与曲普瑞林用于体外受精/卵胞质内单精子注射-胚胎移植助孕效果比较被引量：2

摘要目的比较亮丙瑞林与曲普瑞林在早卵泡期超长方案体外受精/卵胞质内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕治疗的效果。方法 2014年9月至2016年9月该院行IVF/ICSI-ET治疗患者160例,随机分为观察组与对照组各80例。观察组患者每次月经周期第2天予亮丙瑞林,对照组患者每次月经周期第2天给予曲普瑞林。比较两组28天后血清雌二醇(E_2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平变化,人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日血清E_2、LH及孕酮(P)水平变化,亮丙瑞林/曲普瑞林使用总量和使用天数,临床胚胎种植和妊娠情况。结果观察组28天后血清E_2水平明显高于对照组,FSH和LH水平明显低于对照组;HCG注射日血清E_2和P水平明显高于对照组,LH水平明显低于对照组;临床胚胎种植率和妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组亮丙瑞林/曲普瑞林使用总量和使用天数接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论亮丙瑞林在早卵泡期超长方案IVF/ICSI-ET助孕治疗效果明显,可提高临床结局。
