摘要
文章以广西平南县内狼冲口特大桥为依托项目,基于Midas Civil建立挂篮结构计算模型,研究了菱形挂篮结构的主桁架和底篮平台的荷载计算,分析了菱形挂篮结构的承重原理与施工工艺。结果表明:菱形挂篮结构具有稳定性好、作业面广等优势;连续箱梁1~#节段和6~#节段的底篮平台应力均满足规范要求,最大挠度小于挠度设计值;主桁架的竖向变形和轴向力均在设计规范的要求的范围之内,有效验证了模型的可靠性和计算方法的正确性。
Relying on Langchongkou Super-large Bridge project in Pingnan County of Guangxi,this article established the calculation model of hanging basket structure based on Midas/civil,studied the load calculation for the main truss and the bottom basket platform of diamond-shaped basket structure,and analyzed the load-bearing principle and construction technology of diamond basket structure.The results showed that the diamond basket structure has the advantages of good stability and wide working area;the stress of bottom basket platform in the continuous box-girder 1#and 6#sections can meet the requirements of the specification,and the maximum deflection is less than the deflection design value;the vertical deformation and axial force of main truss are all within the requirement range of design specifications,which validated the reliability of the model and the correctness of calculation method.
