钢管混凝土系杆拱桥拱肋混凝土浇注顺序设计分析

摘要 不同的混凝土浇注方案对钢管混凝土拱肋的受力、稳定以及拱轴线变形有很大影响。文章以哑铃型钢管混凝土拱肋混凝土浇注工程为例,采用数值模拟方法,以拱肋关键截面上下缘应力、拱顶挠度和拱肋关键截面横向变形为目标控制因素,依据最新评价规范,分析了四种不同拱肋混凝土浇注方案的可行性,得出了先对称浇注下管混凝土,待下管混凝土达到设计强度,再对称浇注上管混凝土的施工方案最为合理,同时也得出了其他浇注方案也满足现行规范要求,具有施工可行性。 Different concrete pouring schemes have a great influence on the force and stability of CFST arch rib as well as the deformation of arch axis.With the concrete pouring engineering of dumbbell-type CFST arch rib as an example,by using the numerical simulation method,with the stress of the upper and lower edges at key cross-sections of arch rib,the deflection of arch dome,and the transverse deformation of the key cross-section of arch rib as the target control factors,and according to the latest evaluation criterion,this article analyzed the feasibility of four different kinds of concrete pouring schemes for arch ribs,concluded the most reasonable construction scheme that the symmetrical pouring of lower-tube concrete is done first,then the symmetrical pouring of upper-tube concrete is done after the lower-tube concrete reached the design strength,and also concluded that other pouring schemes can also meet the current specification requirements,with construction feasibility.
