建筑施工项目公文处理质量影响因素探析

Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Document Processing Quality of Construction Project

文章根据公文运动过程的一般性规律,结合建筑施工项目实际,对影响建筑施工项目公文处理质量的因素进行了研究,认为公文拟稿质量是直接影响因素,政工员水平及态度是关键影响因素,项目领导重视程度及公文处理工具是重要影响因素,进而提出了提高建筑施工项目公文处理质量的路径。

According to the general rules of document movement process,and in combination with actual construction project,this article studied the factors affecting the document processing quality of construction projects.It is concluded that the document drafting quality is a direct influencing factor,and the level and attitude of clerks are the key influencing factors,the emphasis degree of project leaders and the document processing tools are important influencing factors,and then it proposed the pathways to improve the document processing quality of construction projects.
