摘要
目的:观测大鼠心肌不同状态下,体表相关经穴和非经非穴区皮肤血流灌注量的变化,探寻机体的机能状态与相关经穴的特异反映规律。方法:将100只雄性Wistar大鼠随机均分成1日组、3日组,再各分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、低频电针经穴组和低频电针非穴组,每小组各10只。行干预后,即刻以激光散斑衬比成像技术分别观测各组各检测区域皮肤血流灌注量,进行统计分析。结果:与正常组比较,大鼠心肌缺血时,模型组"内关穴"区血流量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,经穴组"内关穴"区血流量明显升高(P<0.01),与正常组无明显差异。结论:大鼠心肌不同状态时,相关经穴区皮肤血流随之变化,具有一定的特征,相对非穴能较为特异地反映大鼠的心肌情况。
Objective:To explore the correlation of body function and the related acupoints reaction by observing the skin blood perfusion of the region of the heart-related acupoints and sham point under different myocardial status.Methods:100 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into one-day treatment group and three-day treatment group,which were both sub-divided into the blank control group,sham-operation group,the model group,and EA low-frequency point group and EA low-frequency sham point group,with 10 rats in each group.After last intervention,skin blood perfusion around bilateral Neiguan(PC6)and sham points were tested by laser speckle contrast imaging technology(LSCI),and the myocardial morphological changes were observed by HE staining.Results:In terms of skin blood flow around PC6,it decreased significantly in the model group compared to that in the blank control group(P<0.01);it was increased significantly in the EA low-frequency point group compared to that in the model group(P<0.01);of which there was no statistical difference between the blank control group and the EA low-frequency point group.Conclusion:Skin blood flow around relative point area will change according to different myocardial status,it can specifically show the myocardial status compared to that of the sham point area.
