针刺联合滋阴除痹汤防治痛风性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Ziyin Chubi Decoction Preventing and Treating Gouty Arthritis

目的:探究针刺联合滋阴除痹汤防治痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院风湿科门诊收治的64例痛风性关节炎患者,采用随机数字表分为两组,每组32人,其中对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在此基础上运用针刺联合李中宇教授经验方滋阴除痹汤进行治疗。治疗结束后检测临床总有效率,对比治疗前后患者血尿酸浓度、血沉以及中医症状积分的改善情况。结果:治疗后实验组临床总有效率为87.5%,对照组临床总有效率为71.88%,实验组较对照组改善明显,具有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗后实验组血尿酸浓度和血沉下降较对照组更为明显,两组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分比较,实验组明显低于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺疗法联合滋阴除痹汤治疗痛风性关节炎能够降低血尿酸浓度,降低血沉,明显改善痛风性关节炎引起的各种临床症状,有效治疗痛风性关节炎,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Ziyin Chubi decoction preventing and treating gouty arthritis.Methods:64 patients with gouty arthritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the observation group(n=32).The control group was given routine therapy;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with Ziyin Chubi decoction.The total effective rate,the improvement of the concentration of uric acid in blood,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and TCM symptom integral were compared before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 71.88%in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the reductions of the the concentration of uric acid in blood and ESR were more obvious in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom integral was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and Ziyin Chubi decoction can decrease the concentration of uric acid in blood,reduce ESR,it can effectively improve clinical symptoms of gouty arthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
