针刺不同腧穴组方联合Schuell语言训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的平行对照研究

Parallel Controlled Study of Needling Different Acupoints Combined with Schuell Language Training in the Treatment of Aphasia after Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨针刺不同腧穴组方联合Schuell语言训练治疗缺血性脑卒中后失语症的临床有效性及差异性。方法:选择缺血性脑卒中后失语症患者120例,随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组40例。3组均给予Schuell刺激法进行语言康复训练,对照1组给予"四冲穴"针刺;对照2组给予辨证取穴针刺;治疗组给予百会八阵取穴针刺。治疗8周后观察并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组在阅读能力、口语表达、听语理解积分和CFCP评分方面与对照1组、对照2组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90%,分别高于对照1组(80%)、对照2组(77.5%),比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺百会八阵穴可以明显改善患者的阅读能力、口语表达、听语理解,明显提高临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and the difference of needling different acupoints combined with Schuell language training in the treatment of aphasia after ischemic stroke.Methods:120 patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group A and the control group B,with 40 cases in each group.All the three groups were given Schuell language rehabilitation training;on which basis,acupuncture was also applied to the three groups;points chosen in the control group A were PC9,HT9,TE1,and LR3;points of the control group B were chosen according to syndrome differentiation;points selected in the treatment group were Baihui eight array acupoint.The clinical effects were observed and evaluated after eight weeks of the treatment.Results:There were significant difference between the treatment group and the control groups after the treatment,in terms of scores of reading ability,oral expression,listening comprehension and CFCP(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was respectively significantly higher than 80%of the control group A and 77.5%of the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of needling Baihui eight array acupoints can obviously improve reading ability,oral expression and listening comprehension of the patients to improve the clinical efficacy.
