现代针灸“病变穴”与“功能穴”初探

Preliminary Study on “Lesions Points”and “Functional Points”in Modern Acupuncture

受温氏现代针灸学和"微观中药西用"配药模式的启发,均是依据西医理论指导应用针灸和中药,取得显著疗效。笔者提出"现代针灸"之"病变穴"与"功能穴"。通过深入研究传统针灸取穴规律,得出局部和邻近取穴为主流取穴,且倾向于按病变部位(或体表投影区)取穴,同时针效以近取或病变部位取穴为佳。"病变穴"和"功能穴"简便易学,易于普及推广。

The application of acupuncture and moxibustion,inspired by WEN's theory of modern acupuncture,and by his dispensing mode of“microcosmic Chinese medicine used by western medicine”,has achieved unexpected curative effects.“Lesion points”and“functional points”were put forward in this study under the thought of“modern acupuncture”.It pointed out the main stream of points selection was local points,especially the lesion points or points of surface projection,throughout the in-depth study of the law of TCM points selection.Local points or lesion points can achieve better curative effect.“Lesion points”and“functional points”are easy to grasp,popularize and promote.
