摘要
茶皂素是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,能被加工成多种高值产品。但目前存在提取率低、纯度低等问题,导致茶皂素的应用范围受到一定的限制。茶皂素的提取方法直接关系到了其质量性能。本文对茶皂素的提取技术进行了分类,并对主要的研究成果进行了综述。
Tea saponin is a good nonionic surfactant in nature that can be processed into many kinds of high value products.However,there are issues in extraction rate and purity,which makes its applications limited to some extent.The influence of pextraction of tea saponin on the quality performance.The method of extracting tea saponin was classified and the research results of tea saponin was reviewed.
